교과목 소개

현대 일본의 경제발전을 이끌어 온 대표적인 일본기업에 대한 기초적인 지식 습득과 각 기업의 경영이념, 경영목표, 경영방식을 보편적인 동시에 일본적인 특징을 어떻게 살리고 있는지 살펴본다.일본의 기업과 경영을 알 수 있는 것은 일본의 집단적인 사상과 그 문화를 배우는 것이다. 전후와 고도경제성장기, 또한 현재의 변화를 시야에 두고 일본에 대한 깊은 이해를 촉진시켜 앞으로의 일본문제에 대응할 수 있는 기초를 쌓는다. 일본경제의 원동력이 된 일본식 경영 시스템에 대해 배우고, 글로벌한 기업으로 성장한 일본기업의 경영자와 경영전략에 대해 구체적인 사례를 들어본다. 또한 사례를 통해 일본경영의 격변과 그 대응에 대해 배운다.

This course will take a look at how Modern Japan’s Economic development has led to a typical japanese company’s management philosophy, management objectives, management approach, among other common features. The goal of this course is to introduce to students pertinent information about Japanese corporate and management as filtered through the culture and ideology of the respective business groups. This course will cover before and after economic growth and keep in view current changes by promoting a deeper understanding of Japan’s basic problems with banks now and in the future. Students will also look at specific examples of Japanese corporate business strategies and management strategies which became the driving force behind Japan’s economy.
